Ethical Wills E-mail

We all want to be remembered and everyone leaves something behind...

While a traditional will legally defines which monetary or tangible items you want to leave to your heirs, an ethical will helps you bestow your values, hopes, and life's lessons to family, friends, and community. Our trained facilitators, workbooks, and on-line tools will help you develop a complete, personalized ethical will to help you pass your values onto your loved ones and each generation to come. Or join our Ethical Wills Facilitator's Training Workshops to learn how to conduct ehtical wills seminars and writing workshops.

Ethical Will Testimonials:

Keepsake Book:

"I have just received two hardbound copies of my ethical will published by Celebrations of Life. I am simply thrilled with the end result. My family's photographs have been beautifully positioned throughout the words of my ethical will. The quality is first rate and extremely professional. The team at Celebrations of Life were great to work with and very helpful. I was also pleased with their attention to detail. I believe that my two daughters will treasure having my ethical will keepsake book for years to come! - Lin J.

Software:

"I think the program offers a good framework for people who may have trouble getting started with writing an ethical will. It provides many good options and ideas for people to think about and include in their will, without which, they may be too intimidated about the process or at least unclear about what to say or do so that they end up never actually writing one. So I think the Writing Guide software is one of those things that you can say, ”If not for this program, Mr. or Mrs. X may never have written their ethical will."
- Nancy Dougherty

"The program is beautifully organized with good detail. It's well planned and executed, and there are excellent suggestions for thought provoking consideration by writers. Those needing assistance and a format will benefit greatly from this program."
- JoAnne Dahlmeier, Tempe, AZ

"I found the program had a very logical interface and it was easy to use. It was also aesthetically pleasing. The item choices were universal, but also suggestive of a personal situation, so they could be used without addition."
- Bob Johnson

"The word processor interface was easy to use. The suggested text helped to jog my thinking, and the subjects covered were well chosen."
- Ken Wheeler, Winter Park, FL

"The program was clear, easy to follow, and helps to build confidence."
- Stuart Ray

Book and Workbook:

"Dr. Baines's book is an invaluable resource for my client's, as well as a resource for me in my work in the field."
- Midge Bongard Frailich

"In our world of materialistic accumulation, Ethical Wills: Putting Your Values on Paper helps an individual realize that the most valuable thing that can be left to heirs is a "love letter." It is heart touching to read the samples of ethical wills which Dr. Baines shares with his readers; especially emotional is the one that the author's own father wrote when he knew he was dying. The book shows that creating a written legacy is a treasure from one's heart, an intangible gift, and can be done by anyone whether rich or poor."
- Linda Lipinski, Creator of A Legacy To Remember®

"Your workbook and other resources that you so generously offer I have found to be of great help. Before I give a workshop, I always review your material and in doing so I'm reminded of your training workshop that I attended in Boston. Your material is clearly written and the handouts for the participants have been very helpful."
- Ira Smolin, NYC

I have been pleased to recommend The Ethical Will Writing Guide Workbook to my workshop participants, and for many people the prompts you provide are just what they need to move forward with their ethical wills. The workbook and your book, Ethical Wills, are wonderful resources for people who want to learn more about this important work. Thank you!
- Karen Soorian

Every day a life story goes untold, future generations lose the compelling DNA that keeps their heritage from becoming extinct.
Life is truly a journey. We can simply follow the path as it unfolds or we can choose to take a self-directed path into the heart of what really matters.
When it is time for each of us to leave this physical world, let it not be said that life was good to us, but rather, that we were good to life.
- Rabbi Jacob Phillip Rudin
Only through strong, mutually-beneficial partnerships can we accomplish all that truly matters in business and relationships.
At age 50, we are often ready to share our wisdom and to find a more engaging and flexible career to bring us through the next stage of our lives.
