Throughout our life and career we gain valuable skills, knowledge, and experiences that provide us with a unique set of credentials. By the time we reach the half century mark, we're often ready to put this wisdom to work for others and to find a more engaging and flexible career that connects our needs on many levels: work, passions, personal interests, social community, and family. Or perhaps we are looking for an alternative to the traditional forms of retirement and believe the transition to our next stage in life should be less about "retiring" from our career, and more about finding activities that help us revive, reengage, and refocus the many facets of our lives.

Our belief at Celebrations of Life is that meaningful, flexible and exciting career and volunteer opportunities need to be developed for individuals age 50+, and that companies need to create better ways to utilize the talents of these experienced and valued individuals. As a leader in this movement, Celebrations of Life now offers a number of engaging and flexible contract or volunteer career opportunities across the country, called LifeSAGErs™. You decide if you want to engage part-time, full-time, or to expand the service offerings of your small business.

We won't stop improving upon a great idea. Through our ongoing research and feedback from our age 50+ LifeSAGErs™, you will help us continuously expand and improve upon our career and volunteer opportunities and benefits. A few highlights describing our vision for the new LifeSAGErs™ program are provided below.

• We can help you shift the definition of retire to revive, reengage and refocus your life through exciting, meaningful and flexible career and volunteer opportunities.
• You decide when, where and how much you want to work and we'll do our best to help you find a career or volunteer opportunity that best meets your needs within our open positions across the country.
• We'll provide opportunities for individuals to become Celebrations of Life memoirists (interviewers and writers), life book designers, editors, ethical will facilitators, memoir circle facilitators, personal coaches, and sales and marketing ambassadors.
• We'll also provide opportunities for individuals to serve in meaningful career roles through our affiliate and partner organizations, particularly in the senior living and wellness industries.
• Additionally, we'll provide opportunities for individuals to serve in meaningful volunteer roles through various non-profit organizations.
• You help us define what motivates you and the type of perks that are most important at this stage of your life and we'll explore ways to try to make it all possible.
